About Me

Giampiero Podestà is a sculpture of the Eros through colour. For a long time, travelling through Italy, Venezuela and the United States, he has cultivated his sensuous colour instinct in nomadic figures suggested by his trips. Then, ten years ago, he began drafting biomorphic surfaces with high sculptural and colour intensity by modelling femininity, the vagina. Recently, he has simulated objects that remind us of the genesis of the organs in the human body.
